March usually thought to be warm, sunshining, flowers blooming everywhere with butterflies flying over. Evryone goes out to enjoy this booming season.

   Last weekend, I was invited by some colleagues from our office to go for a climbing. However, when we arrived at the bottom of the mountain, the sky was a little bit dark with a little bit raining and felt cold like in the winter. Seldom people could see there, I was a little bit upset, but my dear colleagues wanted to have some breakthrough. So we went on and started to climb. It was bypath leading to the top of the mountain,which is tortuous, precipitous and a little bit slithery on raining. However, we did not move back, but helped each other to go through one and one defile with good cooperation...

   Finally, we arrived at the top of the mountain. The rain stopped, the cloud dropped away, the trees sprout... Overlooked from the top of the mountain, we felt that everything was so tiny... All the annoyances and pressure were forgotten... Felt like a new born being in a new world...  

   At that fresh moment, we felt that even if we are facing the difficulty: the fincial crises.  BUT,We, all the Banruo people face it confidently at leisure with good quality, good service, reasonable price and good cooperation. Nothing will overpower us and oppositely we will be more and more strong and nice. There is a very famous speech of former prime minister Tony Blair of UK:"To survive and prosper we have to work together."

  There is an old saying in China: When "winter" comes, the "spring" will be in the corner.
